Fitness Components
There are eight fitness components. They are the following
-Aerobic Endurance
-Flexibility
-Local Muscular Endurance
-Speed
-Agility
-Muscular Strength
-Muscular Power
-BMI (Body Mass Index)
In this website I will define each of these fitness components, a normal rating for a female my age and my results. I will also define where these components are used in a variety of sports. In two of these components I will explain three activities or drills that help with the component.

I will also include pictures in each of the eight components. On another page I will graph my results in a 1.6km run for six weeks. On the last page I have included a bibliography of all the websites and books I have used.
